Borderlands 2 Game Preview

The Borderlands 2 game can be considered as a reflection from the concept applied in former version of it. Considering as the example on how the concept mixed with sense of humor is making out the game, Borderlands remind us that it is actually a very tempting and great game. Gearbox president, Steve Gibson, said that the team has replaced the former concept and change it with better system. Borderlands 2  is a game in which the boss order you to fight the enemy with heavy armor. Suicide robots will come at you and dragging themselves toward you.

Interestingly, in Borderlands 2, you don’t have to reload your gun and just simply throw it to the enemies. Gearbox explains that it is not all silly since you will have the enemies who persist on surviving their life and do everything in order to knock you down. They also say that the enemies in Borderlands 2 will work together and take advantages from the surrounding. The effects applied on the game are argued to be smoother and better. Gibson is also said that the environment in the game is correct geographically. This means you are able to go to some place and go to the direction until you reach the place.

We can assume that Gearbox try to do more with the mission designs in Borderlands 2. Thus, you will not only rescue your friend captured in certain place, but also will figure out that the friend is Roland- character from the former game.  There also new characters as well as the old one. There is robot monster that you have to deal with from the reinforcement of Hyperion’s base in the moon. Interestingly, you can actually have the powerful and ridiculously exotic gun in Borderlands 2 to keep a level played.

Indeed Gearbox is trying to make themselves a leading game developer who focuses on self-focused adventures. It is obvious that in the future, there will be many improvements done by them. We can reflect it from the improvement made on Borderlands 2 from the previous version. The team has made great job and make the game attractive to play. Now, we can enjoy the game and simply wait the progress Gearbox will make in the future. With recent progress, it surely makes us curious though. Considering the change in the game, we can say that Borderlands 2 is pretty appealing game to be played.
